Our FM equipment database can hold details of all assets belonging to your facility, together with details of installation and warranty dates if relevant.

Serial number tracking of assets is standard feature, as is the ability to store physical locations of the asset within the site. Analysis may be done on makes, models or types of equipment.

Every time equipment is viewed, there are also a full history available, showing current and previous locations and service calls placed, plus the ability to drill down to the work done, time spent and parts used.

Sutton’s computerised maintenance systems, Concept, can be dynamically linked to other concurrently-running packages such as CAD drawings, historical plant records and technical manuals, together with comprehensive spares inventory and costings. Monthly or by-visit reports are emailed to our clients with the actual maintenance carried out and what spares were used, ordered and re-ordered.
