A monthly Managing Agent report is provided to our Client, with the report clearly detailing our review of performance in all areas of the FM delivery including Hard Services, Soft Services, Landscaping, Security, Waste Management, Pest Control, CAFM and Helpdesk.

Our report includes a commercial assessment and recommendation based on contract, KPI and SLA.

Sutton also focus throughout our delivery on knowledge transfer and ‘upskilling’ of any in-house Client FM team.

Historically, Building Owners and Agents have entrusted the management of their total property support facilities normally packaged to individual Soft and Hard Services companies.


Whereas today it is more cost effective and manageable to delegate all of the above to one Facilities Manager (FM) Provider. This delegation allows our clients' Property Manager to receive, reports to permit them to manage their internal "customers" and to use Sutton Management approved core contractors to carry out their works without interruption to our clients' business.
