Sharjah First Gas Production Installation Sharjah 1981 In 1971, the discovery of the Mubarak oilfield near the island of Abu Musa changed the fortunes of the emirate. In 1981, after Mubarak's reserves started dwindling, Sharjah's onshore gas and liquid gas field was discovered, and gave a further boost to its revenues.
Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Dubai 1988 The Majlis, also known as the Desert Miracle, was the first grass course to be built in the Middle East. The perfect par-72 course is complemented by seven lakes and takes its name from the Arabic word for 'meeting place. One of its most prominent features is the Majlis building itself, positioned between the eighth and ninth holes, a Dubai landmark since 1988.
Bustan Palace (Now Bustan Hotel) Muscat Oman 1983-85 Built for the Oman GSS Conference, to host all the emirates Heads of State and their Ministers and Protection forces. Strict Construction and Handover dates.

Sultan of Oman Palace Sallalh 1983-85 Installation of a New Air Conditioning System into the Sultans Palace in Oman. This was a difficult task in a Historic and Ancient Palace.

Gulf 1983-85 We were Seconded to the American Core of Engineers to Set to Work and Commission the Power and Cooling facilities to cater for Major NATO Troop exercises in the Gulf
Sadam Husain’s Palace, Baghdad, Iraq Iraq 1988 Carried out the Commissioning Management, setting to work, of all M&E Systems and Intricate Fountain Installation. Construction was stopped just prior to handover, as the first Iraq conflict started.
