Sutton’s Role:
Sutton is providing MEP subcontractors with access to a wealth of resources for HVAC commissioning and TAB services, with a particular focus on air balancing and chilled water balancing, as the project is currently in Phase 1. This support enables them to deliver exceptional results and meet the specific needs of their projects.

Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District of Abu Dhabi City, the Grove is within easy reach of several notable attractions, including the Abu Dhabi Louvre, Guggenheim, and Sheikh Zayed National Museum. Once complete, the Grove will be connected through its surrounding plazas to these museums and will offer access to a variety of world-class retail, resort, and cultural destinations. The project includes branded residential buildings, a shopping mall, a leisure area, a town square, and a cinema complex. Phase 1 of the Grove Project will encompass approximately 446,000 square meters of built-up area, featuring both residential and commercial facilities that form the Grove Heart.
