The project involves the construction of a residential building namely – InterContinental Residence Suites and each comprises of the following:
InterContinental Residence Suites consist of 23 floors, 3 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine level, 2 parking levels, 19 additional floors, and a roof. The residents are situated just a short distance from Dubai Water Canal, featuring jogging and cycling paths and an eye-catching mechanical waterfall. Bay Avenue mall is home to a variety of moderately priced shops and offers a selection of family-friendly dining establishments.
