Commissioning Management Contractor – Sutton providing Commissioning Management support to the Main & MEPD subcontractor on the project, assisting with production of commissioning deliverables and witnessing of all commissioning activities. Sutton also responsible for production of all O&M and Training Manuals on the project.

The Address Downtown reinstatement project, located in the Downtown Dubai area near to Dubai Mall, is a 64-story hotel & accommodation building comprising of 4 levels of basement car parks, front of house lobby areas and facilities, guest rooms, serviced apartments, restaurants and spa.
The tower is the twenty-second tallest building in Dubai. It is a tall structure within the massive development named Downtown Dubai, which includes the centerpiece super-tall building, the Burj Khalifa. The tower was topped out in April 2008, and was then the sixth tallest building in Dubai. The AED845 million tower was completed in September 2008.
The five-star hotel and residential compound features 196 rooms and 626 serviced apartments. Thanks to its proximity to Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain these hotels are well mentioned among the most beautiful hotel views in Dubai.
The project is a large scale mixed-use project primarily consisting of luxury condominiums, and business facilities, and a five-star luxury hotel consisting of hotel units and hotel/residential condominiums, with associated leisure and recreational facilities, food and beverage outlets, management offices, observation decks, communications, ancillary and MEP service floors.
The tower’s gross area is 2144703 square meters (23078999 square feet) above grade, with a total of 2197836 Square meters (nearly 23623871 square feet) including below grade levels.
Peripheral works at the base includes a 12 level office annex, a swimming pool annex together with extensive hard and soft landscaping and water features.
