The project involves the construction of a resort and serviced residence namely “The Address Residences Fujairah Resort & Spa”, located in Sharm, Fujairah. The property will be spread over an area of 111,483 square meters. Additionally, the development will be managed and operated by The Address Hotels & Resorts.
The 5-star Address Residences Fujairah Resort & Spa will include:
- 196 guest rooms and suites, 10 privately owned villas as well as four residential buildings with 170 serviced apartments including 105 two-bedroom units, 60 three-bedroom units, and 12 four-bedroom units.
- 10 villas including 5 garden villas, elegantly designed with serene plaza views and 5 beach villas with direct beach access and sea views. Each building provides access to a fully equipped gym and features an aesthetically landscaped courtyard.
