The building is strategically located at the heart of Al Garhoud Trade and Residential and close to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and other governmental departments, thus making it easier to complete different services and transactions. The building has a special and innovative architectural value. It has been designed according to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and flexibility, and it makes optimal space use.
Project Consist of 10 floors with gradual heights Ground floor for reception and vertical movement Open space offices green areas on each floor, adding aesthetic value to the building Car parking on basement level General site and infrastructure work, gardening work and landscaping.
