The project involves the construction of an eco-friendly integrated 4.1 million-square meter community focused on sustainable development. The community will be accessible from the Al Khail and Emirates Road and is located 15 minutes from the Dubai International Airport.
Sidra Phase 1 of the project includes constructing 479 and Phase 2 includes 422 townhouses offering two, three, and four-bedroom units with bright and spacious living areas that are inspired by an Arabian heritage.
The unit sizes will range from 216 square meters to 338 square meters and will be surrounded by a green landscape. The project will support in designing and promoting green, energy-efficient buildings in Dubai.
