Sutton supported the MEP Contractor, by providing Commissioning Management and HVAC Commissioning staff on the project.
Commissioning Management Contractor – Sutton providing Commissioning Management support to the Main & MEPD subcontractor on the project, assisting with production of commissioning deliverables and witnessing of all commissioning activities.
Commissioning TAB Contractor – Sutton contracted to for TAB works for the MEP contractor and Provide Duct Leakage Testing.

The project involves construction of a 4-star hotel comprising a ground floor and 12 additional floors. The second property by Emaar Hospitality Group at the Dubai Creek Harbour is known as the Vida Harbour Point. The hotel is located with views of the Downtown Dubai skyline and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, will be part of The Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour which is the part of a mega-development.
The Vida Harbour Point hotel will feature:
· 275 rooms with vintage design interiors
· The in-hotel amenities will include all-day dining restaurant, health, and fitness facilities
· Meeting rooms and events venues
· Direct access to a 4.5km long Creek Boardwalk and a marina
The Boardwalk will feature retail, leisure, F&B outlets, event spaces, galleries, and water features
