Sutton Role:
Sutton supported the Main Contractor, by providing Project Management, QA/QC, MEP Engineering and HVAC Commissioning staff on the project.
Project management – Sutton project management enabled the MEP contractor to complete works, assisting with validation of installations, procurement & delivery of materials & equipment, overseeing installation and obtaining sign off of all works
QAQC – Sutton responsible for managing installation quality
MEP Engineering – Sutton provided Electrical & Mechanical engineers in order to manage installation of works on the project
Commissioning Management Contractor – Sutton providing Commissioning Management support to the Main & MEPD subcontractor on the project, assisting with production of commissioning deliverables and witnessing of all commissioning activities.

The project involves the construction of Arena for entertainment purposes with 500-seat theatre to cater 18,000 capacity venue specially built to host large scale events including sporting competitions, major cultural performances, concerts and MICE activities. The arena will serve as an anchor for a promenade, which will feature over 50 cafes and restaurants, 20 retail outlets, a recreational pier, the Yas Marina F1 circuit, two hotels and a beach club.
