Ministry of Health in Oman is embarked on the construction of 3 new hospitals in various governorates, to develop the health sector and keep pace with the growth of population in Oman. The projects under way includes the New Al Suweiq Hospital in North Al Batinah, New Khasab Hospital in Musandam and New Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Salalah.
Ongoing hospital projects in Oman include Al Suweiq New Hospital in Al Batinah, a 250-bed complex spanning 250,000 square meters with various medical facilities and essential equipment. Al Khasab New Hospital in Musandam spans 100,000 square meters, featuring a three-story main building and offering in-patient wards, a day care unit, specialized departments, and amenities. Another project, the New Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Salalah, occupies 850,000 square meters with a six-story main building, providing radiology services, inpatient wards, maternity rooms, operating theaters, and more, along with administrative and service facilities.
This is a significant achievement and reflects the trust and confidence that clients have for Sutton's ability to ensure quality and compliance in these critical healthcare construction projects.
Sutton's responsibility in the project are likely to include Quality Assurance to meet specified quality standard, Quality Control by implementing inspection and testing procedure to identify the defects or deviations, Compliance Monitoring by ensuring materials used to construction process comply with relevant codes, Identifying opportunities for process improvement, maintaining detailed records and collaboration with all project team.

Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC will provide the construction and services package for all three hospitals with the project supervisions by Insha, a project management consultancy Services in Oman.
